dobre.ak47
Huawei news: I Test P40 Pro, old phones relaunched with Google Play, US ban extended 1 more year and another tough one Last week I received the Huawei P40 Pro, the brand's latest flagship, which I will rigorously test and report back with details. In the meantime, some news related to the US bans regarding the Chinese company appeared. First, to finish the topic of testing, I will try to use the Huawei P40 Pro as a regular user. This means that I will be without Google Play Services that I will not try to install through who knows what complicated, dubious or non-permanent ways. I have already started to configure it and I have an initial feeling: it can be used but with some minuses, it remains to be seen how acceptable they sound. By the way, is there anything in particular you want me to test? Otherwise, it looks like Huawei has found a way to sell "old" phones with new hardware and keep Google Play Services. That's what's happening now with the P30 Pro which will be relaunched on June 3 under the name "Huawei P30 Pro New Edition" with more RAM and more storage. Similarly, it appears that Trump has extended the measures by which no US company is allowed to work with Huawei, and basically the absence of Google Play Services, for another year, until May 2021. But worse than that, it seems that the US somehow wants to ban any non-US company that works with Huawei from doing so again, if the technologies used are based on American ones. This will probably be harder to put into practice, because Trump is not boss around the globe. EXTRA in #EVnews: Huawei will collaborate with several car manufacturers (12o models in total) that will adopt their 5G solution for connectivity.
