[Mobile Games] Free Fire announces Alok to be next in line to receive ‘Awaken Skills’

The much-awaited addition of the ‘awakened ability’ to the Free Fire character Alok is finally around the corner. As leaks about ‘Awaken Skills’ of Alok was flowing in, the Instagram handle of Free Fire Indonesia made an official announcement regarding the release of the awakened variant of the character.

 

After obtaining the default character and finishing awakening missions, players can unlock awakened versions of the characters. Any character with the ‘awakened ability’ is bestowed with additional power to boost their existing abilities. As of now, the game has six characters including Kelly, Hayato, Moco, Alvaro, and Andrew with awakened abilities. The inclusion of this ability for fan-favourite character Alok will enhance the battle royale experience for the players. A po[CENSORED]r character in the battle royale game Free Fire is DJ Alok. He is a Brazilian DJ with a special talent known as “Drop the Beat.” When activated, Drop the Beat creates a 5m aura that increases the ally movement speed by 10% and restores 5 HP per second for 5 seconds. 

 

“Awakened Alok character” to release with OB40 Advance Server in Free FireAs for the new ability, there hasn’t been any official update about the same. However, players are guessing that Alok will receive a boost in speed and healing power with the new power variant. The character will probably be included in the OB40 Advance Server, which will launch on May 19, 2023. And the upcoming OB40 update is when the Alok Awakened character is anticipated to make his official debut in the game following the Advanced Server.

 

Since the character’s release in 2019, Alok has had a high pick rate in the game due to its healing and movement speed boost, making him a valuable asset in squad-based gameplay.
