DeVIRo, KORT and Ukrainian Armored Equipment could increase production of RAM II kamikaze drones. These drones have already proven their effectiveness in destroying Russian anti-aircraft missile systems.

RAM II is a Ukrainian-made unmanned aerial vehicle. It was developed in 2018 on the basis of the Leleka-100 reconnaissance drone. The vast majority of the drone components are developed in Ukraine.

The RAM II is equipped with a camera with a 30x optical zoom and digital image stabilization. The drone is capable of picking up targets several kilometers away and can hit moving objects.

It has a wingspan of 1.8 meters and weighs 11 kg. It can fly for 2 hours and carry a warhead weighing up to 3 kg. The RAM II can be equipped with fragmentation, shaped charge and thermobaric ammunition.

According to the manufacturer, the kamikaze drone is capable of destroying a tank, an armored personnel carrier, an infantry fighting vehicle and several rocket launchers. We have already been able to verify it. A video was recently released of the destruction of two cheap RAM II kamikaze drones destroying two $50 million Russian Tor-M2 SAMs, valued at $25 million, and shortly after the Ukrainian Security Service destroyed a third Tor-M2 and a BM-21 "Grad".

Thus, the four drones hit Russian military material worth tens of millions of dollars. The cost of the RAM II has not been specified, but the developers claim that the kamikaze drone costs hundreds of times less than the equipment it destroys.

At the moment, manufacturers can produce 1,000 drones a month. At the same time, they can increase production of the RAM II if necessary.
