Suggestions:I have a good idea that can add a list for the admin only in which weapons and mods are supported that only the moderators can use, such as the vm list for VIPs only, this list will be like this, and new developed weapons can be added to this list

Why you want to be admin? Are you being admin because you want to use better weapons and mods and more benefits? Its better if players interested to be admin with intention to help servers follow the rules. If admins have benefits like weapons and mods, people only interesting to be admin because they want to use that items and benefits. Also game will be unbalanced, unfair and will be not interested for normal player. For, Vips they pay for it so they deserved the items in vm.

Just like what Mil said above, giving admins exclusive items would be a bad idea. Being an admin does not mean you should have better benefits than a normal player. If that's the case, people would just apply for admin with no intention to help but rather just to be able to have access to these items that you mentioned.

I agree with zaphkiel and Mil. Being admins means helping server develop through time. The things that you mentioned will break the balance. Admins requests with skyrocket, but most of them will be just those who want to use the admin benefits
