A new flare to the game,cooler for admins that have the VIP Also for helpful for newer admins who are specating to not make a mistake and Slap/Slay admin who has same skin as Player if they dont know them yet by name. We already have the Black and White Agent Smith so why not add Neo as well for Admins with VIP.
