thanks for applying here but it looks like you have a flaw like :

1. You just created a csbd account this week
2. You don't have any activity on GFX Designer
3. You don't have a gallery

and are you sure you read the rules? so create activity on request avatar and create gallery or if you are not savvy about design we have tutorial section you can watch which might increase your design knowledge.
