First of all always write Request Admin in the title of your request, Secondly you don't have any activity on GT and thirdly I've never seen you in the server.
Be active first complete 30 hours & then put a request for admin.

its my first time seeing.. and this is your first day joining our server. why rush. no activity. no involvement. no behaviour showed yet either. made 30 hr activity and each day need to be at least 300 min
