Judges Julio César Obando, Olga Ruiz and Mabel Tapia decided to admit the request for precautionary measures presented by Guadalupe Llori, president of the National Assembly, and ordered that the plenary session of the Legislature must refrain from knowing, debating and resolving the request for the draft resolution for the creation of the multiparty ad hoc commission to investigate the actions of the Legislative Administration Council (CAL), in which Llori is included.

The decision was announced this Tuesday morning, one day after Llori, in the company of Santiago Salazar Armijos, Judicial Attorney of the Assembly, raised the constitutional action of precautionary measures against the plenary session of the body that she leads. In addition, the resolution was made public at a time when Parliament was preparing to start its 770th plenary session.
