You need to be active daily, so you get enough hours for admin  (min 30 hr). We must know people that we are  choosing for this grade. Still, you need to be comunicative with other admins to know more information about how to help server before you become one. You must know all needed commands and rules to avoid punishment. This ia not just any "community". We consider each-other "family" members here. so choosing you without knowing your attitude would be wrong. You need to be active in forum too. Once you properly do all these come back to us with another request. Good luck 🙂
