Samsung India has created a new Guinness World Record on March 5, 2022, for “Most people unboxing simultaneously -- multiple venues”. The company conducted a mass unboxing event for Galaxy S22 Ultra where 1,820 consumers simultaneously unboxed the Galaxy S22 Ultra across 17 cities in India.

 

At the event, select customers who pre-booked the Galaxy S22 Ultra received early delivery of their smartphones ahead of the market launch. Samsung provided these customers with a special limited edition box that contains the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Buds 2 along with the smartphone and a thank you note in seed paper which can be planted.

The unboxing was done across 17 cities including New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Ludhiana, Patna, Indore among others.

Meanwhile, consumers can still pre-book their Galaxy S22 Ultra, Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 till March 11, 2022, via all the leading retail outlets, Samsung exclusive stores, Amazon.in and

other offline retail stores.

 

Customers pre-booking Galaxy S22 Ultra will get Galaxy Watch4 worth Rs 26,999 at just Rs 2,999. Customers pre-booking Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 will be eligible to get Galaxy Buds2 worth Rs 11,999 at Rs 999.

Additionally, Galaxy S and Galaxy Note series customers will get an upgrade bonus of Rs 8,000 while other device owners will get an upgrade bonus of Rs 5,000. Alternatively, customers who opt to purchase these devices via Samsung Finance+ can avail a cashback of Rs 5,000.
