Mohamed Nasser Posted September 21, 2021 Posted September 21, 2021 (edited) Last month, publisher SNEG announced that they were updating and re-releasing Codemasters’ brutal and bloody 2001 dark fantasy action-adventure game Blade of Darkness. Today, they’ve nailed the release date down, complete with a “retro-style shareware” demo! Blade of Darkness will release on PC via Steam and GOG.com on October 7, 2021. The re-release will sport widescreen support up to 4K resolution, new display settings, and a “whole host of quality-of-life and stability improvements” for modern PCs. To get in on the vicious combat and gameplay, which puts an emphasis on interactivity with the game environment, and features dynamic dismemberment, hit up the Steam page for the demo.
