Presented to the general public just during the past few days, in the first half of this week, the final version of Bugatti's La Voiture Noire project could have opened the list of the most expensive new cars ever built. Unfortunately for the officials of the company based in Molsheim, the British from Rolls-Royce chose to present the new Boat Tail in a similar period: June 2021, in case it had to be specified.

Built to order for a customer who also owns, probably among many others, a 1932 Rolls-Royce Boat Tail, the convertible would cost around 20 million pounds, according to rumors.

Assembled on the architecture of the latest generation of the Phantom product range, the new car offered by the British Rolls-Royce under the name of Boat Tail has a length of approximately 5.8 meters, plus its own body design. Which culminates with the special opening of the trunk, where a table set from Christofle and two refrigerators were installed to keep the most expensive bottles of champagne cold.

For a complete experience, convertible with V12 engine of ~ 563 hp and production limited to three copies is delivered with two special seats, a custom-made umbrella and a Bovey watch.
