Dark Posted March 23, 2021 Posted March 23, 2021 Facebook decided to cancel the celebration of its annual developer event, F8, last year due to the coronavirus pandemic, but will resume it on June 2, with a one-day event and in a digital format. The technology company has decided to bring back its annual developer event, "return F8 to its roots", as the vice president of platform associations, Konstantinos Papamiltiadis, has pointed out in a post on the official blog. The event will take place this year with a new format, which they have called 'F8 Refresh': a single day, on June 2, and with a virtual stage and live broadcasts through the 'Facebook for Developers' page on the social network. 'F8 Refresh' will host the novelties in 'software' developed by the company for its different services, as well as technical sessions, demonstrations and panels. 1
