SougarLord
Epic Games has acquired the studio responsible for Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockouts, Tonic Games Group. This has been announced by the company on its own website, where they say that Epic will continue to invest in the development of the game and that it will soon arrive on Xbox and Nintendo Switch. However, it should not be forgotten that this game does not use Epic's own Unreal graphics engine, but is based on Unity. Following the acquisition, Epic assures that they will continue to invest in Falls Guys Currently, Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockouts is sold on Steam, Valve's distribution platform, but if we take into account the history of Epic Games and their aggressiveness in the face of the competition, it would not be unusual for them to ban Steam and Fall Guys go to be exclusive to the Epic Games Store as has already happened with other acquisitions such as Rocket League, where Epic immediately removed the game from Steam to make it exclusive to its own store. Geeknetic Epic Games Buys Fall Guys 1 Creators For his part, Dave Bailery, CEO of Tonic Games, has assured that the operation is "as if they had found a home made for them, where they share their mission of creating and supporting games that have a positive impact and empower others.
