Call for tender on the purchase of IT equipment (computer hardware, software and supporting elements) for the State Bureau of Investigation educational online platform, initial and in-service trainings
The Council of Europe project “Supporting Institutions to Combat Ill-Treatment in Ukraine”, implemented from April 2020 till December 2021 is launching a tender call under the Council of Europe competitive bidding procedure / one-off contract for the purchase of IT equipment (computer hardware, software and supporting elements) for the State Bureau of Investigation educational online platform, initial and in-service trainings.

In that context, the Council of Europe is looking for suppliers of IT equipment that would meet technical requirements described in the Act of Engagement document.

All eligible candidates are invited to participate. Please find enclosed the Tender file and the Act of Engagement with all relevant information on the requested purchase of IT equipment and procedure to follow:

All necessary documents should be submitted via email to DGI-HRImplementation@coe.int with the following reference in subject line: Tender-IT equipment for the SBI. All documents, except registration documents and financial statements, should be submitted in English and failure to do so will result in the exclusion from the tender.

All questions shall be submitted by 5 March 2021 and shall be exclusively addressed to the email address DGI-HRImplementation@coe.int with the following reference in subject: “QUESTION: Tender-IT equipment for the SBI”.

Deadline for offers submission is 10 March 2021 (6 PM Kyiv time).
