Audi lifts the veil, not on one, but on two e-tron GTs, the new 100% electric sedan from the firm with the 4 rings, including the RS version.

New Audi e-tron GT 2021 - The new all- electric sedan is officially unveiled after a long teaser period, which started at the end of 2018 at the Los Angeles auto show. She took the opportunity to reveal her more muscular version called Audi RS e-tron GT , which was not expected soon.


Taycan's Daughter
If Audi's fully electrified sedan takes the silhouette of the A7 Sportback, it rests on the platform of the Porsche Taycan, its cousin, hence its low height under the roof of 1.41 m. The Audi is 3 cm longer, since it is  close to 5 meters long. Its trunk accommodates 405 l, while a front compartment offers 81 l in addition.

Below 500 km
The new Audi e-tron GT uses the technology of the sports car from Zuffenhausen , but it favors range over performance, with a 93 kWh battery with 800 V technology. Therefore, the range of sports car with the four rings allows it to travel 488 km on the WLTP cycle , compared to 473 km for the RS version. As for recharging, it can be done up to 270 kW, which allows you to start again for 100 km after an express charge of five minutes. 

An RS variant
The engine power of the Audi e-tron GT reaches 476 hp (530 hp in overboost) for a torque of 630 Nm, to ship it from 0 to 100 km / h in 4.1 s. For its part, the RS variant peaks at 598 hp (646 hp with overbocst) and 830 Nm of torque for only 3.3 s claimed up to 100 km / h.

Audi e-tron GT price
Prices for the new Audi e-tron GT start from € 101,500, excluding any ecological bonus. The price of the RS version is € 140,700. Marketing is scheduled for next fall.
