Víctor Font spoke with ‘Sky Sports’ and revealed that he will seek that the main Barça legends return to the team.

Now, more than one candidate will seek to take command of the Barça team, among them, Víctor Font, who spoke with Sky Sport and gave light on the project he has for the team. One of his proposals is to try to bring team legends back.

“Our intention is to build a very strong and competitive project. We are very lucky at Barça to have inherited a style of play that Johan Cruyff instilled. Furthermore, most of the professionals who know this style best also love the club such as Pep Guardiola, Xavi, Iniesta or Puyol ”, Font explained.

“They are all legends who love Barcelona, but are not working for the club today. We have to bring them back to make sure we have a very competitive project, ”he added.

 

On the continuity of Lionel Messi he explained: “The only thing he needs is to know that he is part of a competitive project that aspires to win the next Champions League. We have no doubt that if we have the honor of taking the reins of FC Barcelona, we will succeed ”.
