The Ministry of Health (Minsa) reported this Saturday that a total of 774,356 patients infected with coronavirus (COVID-19) were discharged after having completed their period of home isolation. Through its social networks, the Minsa also detailed that, to date, the number of people infected with coronavirus rose to 865,549 in the country and a total of 33,702 citizens died as a result of this disease. The National State of Emergency due to the pandemic will be in force until October 31 in order to contain the virus. The curfew is also maintained from 11:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m. the next day, Monday through Sunday, nationwide. Although the Executive lifted the quarantine focused on the country, in Cusco, Puno, Moquegua and Tacna, as well as in the provinces of Abancay (Apurímac), Huamanga (Ayacucho) and Huánuco (Huánuco), the mandatory social immobilization will remain in force on Sundays during all day until 4:00 am the next day. 1
