they are not subject to review by the judicial bodies of CONMEBOL ".

"Only the legal consequences of the decisions made by the arbitrator may be reviewed by the judicial bodies exclusively in the incorrect identification of the sanctioned person, in which case the true offender will be filed", he adds.

While in article 42 (of evidence) it is stated that the practice of any medium with evidence in between is requested, which includes "television recordings and videos" which once analyzed by the South American body, it will be resolved if it could give an interrogation of any of the indicated persons, in this case the Chilean referee.
