Gianluca Lapadula met again this Sunday with the goal, in the clash in which he gave Benevento the victory over Bologna. The Italian with a Peruvian mother scored his first goal in the new season of Serie A.

Substitute and on the court from 15 minutes into the first half -in replacement of Gabriele Moncini- Gianluca Lapadula was present on the scoreboard, at 66 ′, at the Ciro Vigorito Stadium.

 

Gianluca Lapadula was bold to anticipate a rival defender on a corner kick in favor of Benevento and defined, at the far post of Bologna's goal.

After a good season at the individual level, with a Lecce shirt -which was relegated to Serie B- Gianluca Lapadula stamped his signature for Benevento, until mid-2023.

With this victory, Benevento rose to seventh place, now with 6 points, to 3 behind the leader Atalanta. The next challenge for the ‘Giallorossi’ team and Gianluca Lapadula will be on October 18, against Rome, in the Italian capital.
