Under the orders of the technical director José Soto, the Northern Cyclone is getting ready for the matches that will begin on October 26 and hopes to take revenge by returning to the first division of professional football.

“We are working with great enthusiasm, sacrificing ourselves for the institution as it is a nice rematch that we have from last year. It is a thorn that has stuck in us, but we are working and we are very happy to belong to an institution like Juan Aurich ”, said the strategist.
Soto, in addition, gave scope regarding the work they have been doing and announced that they are at a good level to face the championship. He added that he is aware that the lack of competition, due to the pandemic, has also had consequences for his players, who hope to improve with the work they do daily.
We started the face-to-face training on Monday. We had been doing trainings via Zoom, via virtual because we couldn't do work with the entire team. The players have responded quite well, there are many positive responses, ”said the coach, who already completed his first week of physical work in Lima this Saturday.
On the other hand, he commented that they have not yet closed the squad of players because - due to the situation - they expect to have reserve elements in case of injuries or COVID-19 infections that alter the alignments that he proposes.
We have not closed the squad completely, with all this of the protocols and with everything we have seen from Liga1 where we have seen experiences. We have to have a large squad and we are talking with the managers because there will be cases of injuries or infections and there will be a decline in the group's appearance, so we are talking with the managers to expand the squad ”.

Finally, he said that the level that will be played in this championship is quite competitive, but that Juan Aurich will measure up and therefore asked the fans of the red box not to stop encouraging from their homes.
