The physical body in the human being has its history through the centuries. It has gone from adoration to carelessness, from being slim to being robust. From the worship of beauty to the punishment of being ugly. And in all this there are two words that have the essence and the reason: food and eating.

Veganos

POINT ONE: Po[CENSORED]r philosophy says that you are what you eat. And it is philosophy because this comes from the pages of Genesis with the origin of the first foods, unleavened bread, fresh fish, nuts, fruits of the harvest, lamb, wheat, wine. And they didn't get sick, they fed. Thousands of years have passed and much has been written and continues to be written about food and eating. There are schools, trends, fashions, doctors, companies, brands and many charlatans in working and marketing these two words: food-eat. The essence is not in just eating. It is in what and how we are eating. There are very few, it could be said that only a few serious professional nutritionists have the knowledge, study and wisdom to know that true health is in what we eat.

POINT TWO: At this point of arrival at 90 days of confinement by a virus that has our lives in a total change, eating is very important for the part that touches health and pocket. By not going out, purchases at the supermarket or market places have been affected when ordering them at home. And a tendency to hear that of: "I'm lazy I don't want to eat meat is very noticeable." At this point we chose two very interesting words: Being vegan. To be vegetarian. Consultation we made with Dr. Nathalia Rodríguez, dietician nutritionist at the University of Antioquia, specialist in Functional Nutrition and currently pursuing higher studies in Bioregulatory Medicine and bases of homotoxicology at the Javeriana University. She has ten years of experience in hospital clinical nutrition and is the founder of the Nutrición con el alma program.

POINT THREE: Being vegan is not consuming any animal food, no meat, but also refraining from the use of products and services of animal origin. Their diet is based on vegetables and fruits. Vegetarians do not eat meat, but they can choose to eat other animal products.
