[Hardware] New update for Marvel Avengers solves more than 1000 problems

The new Marvel Avengers game didn't have one of the best releases. This is because, even with a solid story and very fun gameplay, the game has several bugs, which ended up frustrating most of the players.

Even with an 18GB update patch on the game's launch day, the company was unable to resolve the vast majority of issues presented in the game. Now Crystal Dynamics has announced the release of the game's biggest update.

The developer reported that the new patch for Marvel’s Avengers will solve more than 1000 problems in the game, yes, you read that right with three zeros. According to the company, these bugs have been reported by players since launch, these bugs range from minor bugs to issues in the game's campaign, multiplayer mode, user interface, some specific fixes, and much more.

In addition, the company, in a publication on the game's official website, reinforced that this update will be focused on solving bugs, but in the near future the company reinforced that it will bring more adjustments to the game's design, gameplay and features.

Crystal Dynamics also warned on the game's official twitter about a known bug with the new update and weekly game challenges:

AVENGERS CAMPAIGN AND INITIATIVE

Various fixes for the Gather Together campaign and the Avengers initiative, including the following:

Fixed an issue where the A-Day would not progress if the player started the campaign from the war table after first selecting the Avengers initiative.
Fixed infinite charges when reloading the game during "The light that went out" and "Solo".
We have resolved the bad games of a rare error that caused players to be unable to advance in the campaign due to an infinite loading screen.
Fixed an issue where a safe could sometimes not be used in "Home Visit".
Fixed an occasional bug with the bridge in the "Home Visit" mission that prevented progress.
Fixed an issue where the pause and character menus were stuck during “Testing 1… 2… 3…”.
Fixed an issue that would teleport players out of the world when attacking the boss between "Solo" combat phases.
Fixed an issue where steps 1 and 2 of the quest chain “A Global Offensive” were not being followed correctly.
Fixed an issue where combat would not progress when defeating both Assault Adaptoids at the same time in "With the Force of Mind".
MULTIPLAYER AND MATCHMAKING
Various fixes for the matchmaking and multiplayer systems, such as the following:

Reduced reload time after leaving a Strike Team before the user could matchmaking again (from 30 to 4 seconds).
Matchmaking now remains on during the countdown before the start of the mission to give players more time to bond.
Fixed a bug where the “Looking for Heroes” interface did not always match the current matchmaking status.
Fixed a bug where multiple host changes were preventing the player from returning to matchmaking correctly.
Fixed issue with “Quick Match - Any Hero” when two players joined another match at the same time.
Fixed the loss of Quick Match status when a player failed to join another match.
Fixed a bug where abandoning an existing Strike Team would prevent the next Quick Match from functioning properly.
