The Swedish manufacturer offers for its supercar a carbon fiber finish for which you have to pay 372,000 euros.

It is increasingly common to talk about supercars whose price exceeds one million euros. It could be considered that the Bugatti Veyron opened it, 15 years ago, with more than 1,000 horsepower and a starting price of 1.5 million. Since then, and showing that the crisis at the end of the last decade or the current one sometimes runs through parallel worlds that have nothing to do with it, the supply of cars of this type has not stopped growing.

The Koenigsegg Jesko - a beast with up to 1,600 horsepower and speeds that could shake the Bugatti Chiron record (here's your proof) - is one of the last, with a rate that will scandalize more than one: 2.35 million euros ... without taxes. Although the thing can go still much further.

Because now and thanks to Manny Khoshbin, the Iranian collector and super millionaire who has reserved a unit, it has been known that the excess also comes to the prices of the options of these very exclusive cars. And is that in the Jesko an exterior finish can cost the same ... as a Lamborghini Aventador.

For example, one of the most important things when creating the car is choosing the color and exterior finish. Here, Koenigsegg offers, at no extra cost, five solid colors. But the bill begins to increase if you want a metallic finish (11,600 euros), pearl (20,800) ...

And let's not say if for the 'skin' of the car we want the carbon fiber to be visible. Here the thing shoots up to stratospheric levels since to begin to speak they are 250,000 euros. Although the most expensive extra of the Jesko Absolut is the KNC finish (Koenigsegg Naked Carbon) that costs a whopping 372,000 euros (price of the American configurator that Khoshbin uses).

You can make things even more complicated, for example, by putting a central strip in gold paint (another 36,700 euros) or mounting ultralight carbon wheels (87,000 more)

Koenigsegg gives a slight respite with the upholstery, since you can choose between leather and alcantara in a wide palette of colors without increasing the bill, but it will go up, by 12,600 euros in particular, if we want to paint the carbon parts they cover black. the top of the console and the vents.

A G-force meter in addition to the instrumentation could cost us 5,000 euros, and personalizing it with a plate with your name (or any other inscription) would be 2,400 ... without forgetting a fundamental element in a 1,600 horsepower car: the six harnesses points, which cost almost 6,500 euros more.

Of course, seeing Khoshbin's reaction when checking the final invoice for his configuration (not including taxes, be careful), which amounted to 2.87 million ("not bad, I thought it would be more than 3 million", he says at the end of the video ) Koenigsegg still has room for the odd rise ...
