HiTLeR Posted August 7, 2020 Posted August 7, 2020 Today, Friday evening, the Italian Juventus team will host its French rival Lyon, as part of the second leg of the Champions League final. The first leg in France ended with a victory for the home side, Juventus, with a clean goal, so the Bianconeri will have to win two clean goals in order to qualify for the next round. Juventus fans have hopes and aspirations for their first star, Cristiano Ronaldo, to lead the old lady to qualify for the quarter-finals. Historically, Juventus faced Lyon three times in the Champions League, and the matches were largely the same. Juventus won one match, tied in another, and lost the same, and the Bianconeri scored two goals, which is the same for the French team Lyon. The first match between Juventus and Lyon in the Champions League competition dates back to 2016, specifically in the group stage, and at that time Juventus won with a clean goal. In the second round meeting, the two teams tied with one goal for each team, and the third match witnessed the victory of Lyon with a clean goal. 2
