"These are the referees scheduled for the duel this Friday between Academia Cantolao and Universitario, in the restart of League 1," the agency said in a publication on Twitter, attaching an image that also details that Stephen Atoche and Carlos Ciriaco will be the assistants and Gean Barbagelata will occupy the position of fourth referee.

 

The commitment between Universitario and Cantolao is agreed for this Friday, August 7, at 6:00 p.m. (Peruvian time) with transmission of GOLPERU, at the National Stadium. The contest will be valid for the seventh day of the League 1 Opening Tournament.

 

The coronavirus in League 1

This Thursday, the newspaper Depor announced that two players from Universitario de Deportes tested positive. Although it is not known who the infected are, the aforementioned media confirmed that the two athletes were part of the list of summoned that coach Ángel David Comizzo gave, with a view to the clash against Cantolao.
