Maserati launched a hybrid version of the Ghibli, the sedans with a mild hybrid system, delicate visual adjustments and several technology upgrades inside.

 

 

The first electric car was unveiled online, and it features a turbocharged 330 hp 2.0-liter, 48-volt engine and 450 Nm of torque.

 The company said that Ghibli Hybrid, can accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in 5.7 seconds, before it reaches 255 km / h with a weight of an engine of 80 kg less than the Ghibli diesel engine.

The Ghibli Hybrid has a distinct Maserati look, partly due to the new interior and exterior design. The highlight of the new design bears the touch of the Maserati Centro Stile Center; It is the blue color chosen to distinguish all hybrid cars and the new world they represent.

The blue color appears on the three po[CENSORED]r side ventilation holes, on brake compressors and lightning designs within an oval that surrounds the sign symbol on the rear column. We also see the same blue color inside the car, specifically in the seams that embroider its seats.

Ghibli Hybrid includes new design elements, starting from the front grille, where its rails have been redesigned to resemble the tuning fork, a musical instrument that produces a crisp sound, evoking the shape of a Maserati shaft at the same time.

The most noticeable changes were evident in the background of the car, with a new design for the backlighting in a curved shape inspired by the 3200 GT and the Alfieri Model.

The car has got a lot of additions, including electrically adjustable leather seats in 12 directions, and a sporty steering wheel, with aluminum speed shift switches, while providing many colors and embroidery inside the cabin according to the category that is chosen, either GranLusso or GranSport, in addition to a system Smart entry, and suction doors.

The car has the latest generation of the Maserati Intelligent Assistant multimedia system, which is based on digital inputs provided by Android Automotive; It is a program that provides an innovative user experience that is fully customizable to the taste of the driver.

The high-resolution system screen is also equipped with new graphics and an easier user interface without footnotes, with an increase in size from 8 ”4 to 10” 1 inch, in addition to providing a new dashboard with new digital devices and graphics.

In addition, all new Maserati cars will receive a system called Maserati Connect, which performs software updates, checks on the vehicle, monitoring safety services in emergency situations, as well as protecting the vehicle from theft.

As for safety equipment, Ghibli Hybrid got well-known equipments such as ASR, EBD, ABS, etc., in addition to the blind spot monitoring system, the track maintenance system, the traffic signs and signs recognition system, an adaptive speed stabilizer with the stop and go feature, and the front collision warning system, Brake assist system, 360-degree camera, rear-end vehicle warning system, and tire pressure monitoring system.
