Universitario will face Cantolao next Friday in the restart of League 1. The creams want to arrive in the best possible way, therefore, they will have a friendly match this Saturday against Sport Boys. This will be the last test of Ángel Comizzo's team before playing the Apertura Tournament again.

The creams will collide with the pink ones at the San Agustin school beach headquarters at 9:00 a.m. To agree on the meeting, it was first necessary to perform a coronavirus test on each of the players in both squads.

 

This Thursday, University revealed that all team members passed the respective tests and that there is no problem.

"Today, Friday, July 31, in compliance with the protocol drawn up by our Club and submitted to the Peruvian Football Federation, serological tests were performed to discard COVID-19 to our team of players, technical command, doctors, props and workers. The reason for the tests was to meet the requirement for friendly matches as part of the established biosafety protocol ”; explains the statement from the club's medical staff.

"From the results that have been delivered to us, today, we have that they are ALL negative for COVID-19".
