[Sport] Carlos Zambrano: "If I could bring a friend to Boca it would be Christian Cueva"

The national defender chose Christian Cueva to accompany him in the blue and gold outfit. "He is a player with a lot of quality," he said in an interview with the press area of the Argentine club.
Carlos Zambrano revealed that he would like to have Peruvian company in Boca Juniors, specifically that of Christian Cueva, who has not yet defined where to continue his career.

The national defender said that "Aladdin" and "Xeneize" would combine well on his birthday, while answering questions from followers of the blue and gold box.

"If I could bring a soccer friend to Boca, I would honestly like him to be Peruvian," Zambrano said in an interview for the press area of the Argentine team.

"Having another compatriot in the club would be very nice, but if I have to decide for one it would be Christian Cueva, a player with a lot of quality," added the 'Leon' after evaluating the contribution of other Peruvians who passed through the team, opening the doors for him from Boca Juniors to the current '10 ′ of the bicolor.

 

The defender made it clear that he is comfortable in Argentina, where he faces his first South American experience after representing Schalke 04, St. Pauli, Eintracht Frankfurt, Rubin Kazan, PAOK Thessaloniki, Dinamo Kiev and Basel in Europe.
