In compliance with all health prevention protocols, the Paraguayan National Team works with nine players at the Ypané High Performance Sports Center (CARDE), in Asunción. The ‘Albirroja’ who will be Peru's first rival in the South American Qualifiers to Qatar 2022, adds his second week working scheduled amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Antony Silva, Robert Rojas, Saúl Salcedo, Lorenzo Melgarejo, Aldo Maíz, Ángel Romero, Óscar Romero, Cecilio Domínguez and Adam Bareiro, have been the group of players who started the work, first in the gym, under the supervision of the trainers Fernando Morelli and Carlos Kisluk, the Paraguayan Soccer Association (APF) reported in a press release. Then the field work would come in a reduced space, then evolving with triangulations and quick transitions with the ball, to conclude with definition tasks, under the supervision of technical assistant Mariano Uglessich. The DT of the Guarani, Eduardo Berizzo, is in Chile and arrives next week in Paraguay to fulfill a quarantine and join the work with his pupils.
