As Minister Luna explained a few weeks ago, the beneficiaries of the Universal Family Bond are those who have not received any other subsidy and who are part of that 75% of Peruvians whose heads of household do not have a fixed income. She also added that, if they are not listed, some people who need the voucher will be able to register on the same Reniec page.
