Players and Officials Control Medical Record:

 

CONMEBOL will create a Medical Record of Control of Players and Officials within its jurisdiction based on the lists of Players and Officials presented by the participating Clubs of CONMEBOL Libertadores and CONMEBOL Sudamericana.
This registration may be modified depending on the substitutions made by the Clubs as established in the Regulations of each Competition.
CONMEBOL may request at any time additional information from a player or official related to their medical history.
The members of the Medical Control Registry must compulsorily undergo the COVID-19 Test according to that established in the CONMEBOL Medical Protocol.
Likewise, CONMEBOL may order additional COVID-19 tests prior to matches or during training periods, which will be previously coordinated with the Technical Corps.
Players and officials who refuse to take a COVID-19 Test may not participate in Competitions organized by CONMEBOL.
The whereabouts reported for Dopping cases will be taken into account for the COVID-19 sampling.
The Clubs have the duty to collaborate with CONMEBOL, providing the information and documentation that is required of them.
CONMEBOL will keep a record of the tests carried out with the date, time and result.

Failure to comply with any of the duties and obligations set forth above constitutes a disciplinary offense, and the CONMEBOL judicial bodies are empowered to impose the sanctions that, in accordance with the CONMEBOL Disciplinary Code, may correspond

 

2. Specific Provisions for CONMEBOL Libertadores and CONMEBOL Sudamericana 2020

Prohibition for Players and Officials to spit and sweat the nose before, during and after the match in the competition area (playing field, reserve bank).
Prohibition for Players and Officials to kiss the ball before, during and after the game.
Mandatory for Players and Officials to undergo temperature controls before the game.
Mandatory for Players and Officials to use individual bottles of water or isotonic drinks.
Prohibition of exchanging / giving away shirts or any other part of the clothing with rivals or colleagues from the same team or any other person.
Mandatory use of a mask for players and officials who are in the substitute bank.
The exchange of pennants or presents between both captains is prohibited.
In the event that flash interview and / or post-match press conference is enabled, a mask or face shield should be used.

3. Economic fines

The reduction of 30% of the fines established in the Disciplinary Code and the Competition Regulation is established for infractions committed after the resumption of the tournaments in question.

The warnings will also carry a pecuniary sanction of USD 200 (TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS) for each one from the resumption of the tournaments in question.
Expulsions by direct red card will be subject to the imposition of economic fines determined by CONMEBOL's disciplinary bodies. In no case may this fine be less than USD 750 (SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS). That amount will be applied from the resumption of the tournaments in reference.
In all cases, the amounts of the fines will be automatically debited from the amount to be received by the CONMEBOL Club for Television or Sponsorship rights.
