Paolo Guerrero's club awaits the publication of a new decree that can ban activity in clubs due to the coronavirus outbreak

Internacional (with Paolo Guerrero) and Gremio started training from their respective headquarters this week. However, the activity of both institutions may be suspended again from this Monday, May 11, due to the advance of the coronavirus.

According to information from Globo Esporte, the entities of Porto Alegre are waiting for the publication of a new decree that, in the words of Eduardo Leite, governor of Río Grande do Sul, sports clubs will not be able to function.

The official explained that the state will be divided into 20 regions that, in turn, will be identified by a color of flag to know what the situation of the pandemic is in the given place.

Porto Alegre, where the International and Gremio headquarters operate, received the orange flag that means "medium risk" and, therefore, the measures indicate the prohibition of the operation of sports facilities.

Then, the gaucho clubs will wait for the officialization of the new provisions to announce the suspension of training, whose permission had been obtained through municipal decrees to return to work.

The ‘Inter’ of Guerrero assumes the cancellation of the work
The second vice president of the ‘Colorado’, Alexander Chaves, declared this Sunday on Radio Gaúcha that they already know the intentions of the governor and clarified that the club always respected the protocols to return to work.

“It looks like the suspension of training will come. It is important to say that the steps that Inter took were always supported by the law. It allowed us to go to the training ground. We will wait for the content (of the decree) and we will respect what is decided, "he said.
