Half of Spain can return today to shops, terraces and gatherings with family and friends. Phase 1, in which the aforementioned territories will have to stay at least two weeks to move to a new one, allows greater freedom of movement, with the possibility of moving freely through the province, island or unit of reference and even the transfer to second residences, provided they are within the same territorial unit. After two months of being in alarm, today many families will also finally have the opportunity to meet again with meetings in private homes and outdoor terraces. It is also allowed to go to shops and it will not be necessary, as in phase 0, to do it by appointment, although, of course, only establishments with a surface area of less than 400 square meters and that are not located in shopping centers open. In this video you can see how the de-escalation of the hospitality will be: in the case of the terraces of bars and restaurants, in this new phase it is necessary to keep a minimum of two meters of distance between tables and the hoteliers must limit the occupation to 50% from the same.

 

 

 

 

Greater freedom of movement

In the case of the Basque Country, movements between the different provinces are allowed.

The Government has announced that all seats of a private vehicle can be occupied, as long as people belong to the same family unit and, in the case of motorcycles, two people travel, although the use of a full-face helmet is necessary for this. or mask, unless they live at the same address.

This circumstance, that of living in the same building, also allows two people to sit together on train and bus trips. Otherwise, the operator is obliged to keep a distance of an empty seat between passengers, who also have the obligation to use masks.
