Dark Posted April 24, 2020 Posted April 24, 2020 (edited) The National Children's Health Institute (INSN) reported on Thursday that 23 workers from the Breña headquarters tested positive for the new coronavirus after performing 597 rapid tests. According to the INSN Epidemiology Department, of the total rapid discard tests, 574 were negative. "Of the total of positive samples, 16 correspond to personnel from the Nutrition Area. All positives have been placed in isolation," he said in a statement. Likewise, the INSN reiterated its commitment to the care of its patients and the safeguarding of the integrity of its professional and technical assistance personnel. According to the Ministry of Health, 12,491 positive results of the COVID-19 are registered in the country and 274 deaths due to the new coronavirus.
