Prime Minister Boyko Borisov convenes an extraordinary meeting of the Council of Ministers today at 22.00 in conjunction with the National Operational Headquarters in order to coordinate, organize the actions of the competent state authorities in relation to the declared public health emergency of international importance for the disease COVID- 19.
