Bulgaria gives Hungary the European badminton

 

 

 

 

Bulgaria's women's team lost to Hungary 1: 4 in their second Group 5 match at the European Badminton Team in the French city of Lieven.

The only victory for the Bulgarian team was recorded by Maria Mitsova, who in the first single won against Laura Sharoshi with 21:10, 21:19 in 37 minutes. Linda Zechiri lost by Madarac River by 21:12, 19:21, 13:21 in 43 minutes, and Hristomira Popovska lost to Vivien Sandorhazy by 7:21, 11:21 in 25 minutes.

In the doubles meetings Maria Delcheva and Hristomira Popovska were defeated by Daniela Gonda and Agnies Koroshi by 17:21, 21:18, 17:21 in 48 minutes, while Maria Mitsova and Dimitria Popstoykova lost by Madarats River and Vivien Sandorhazi by 18:21 , 16:21 in 28 minutes.

The match between Bulgaria and Hungary ended 15 minutes after midnight Bulgarian time.

In the group standings lead Hungary with two wins from two matches, and Bulgaria and Ukraine with one success and one defeat. Later today the national team will play against Wales and the men will play against Spain in their last Group 8/BB match
