Hawaii's US telescope in Hawaii has received the most detailed and clear images of the sun's surface, TASS reported.

Scientists are still unable to explain exactly how these cataclysms occur, and why the atmosphere of the sun is several thousand times hotter than its surface. It is also unclear how the solar wind is generated, the powerful flow of hot gas that is constantly emitted by the sun.
