It wasn't without reason, Eduard was spamming and giving commands to players in caps lock, even though he isn't part of the staff, so he had no reason to do it. 2. Gagging someone isn't a reason to conduct a report, but it is only if it's used as an abussive kind of commad. 3. Are you Eduard's lawyer? If I gagged him, why are you speaking for him? He can also report me or do such kind of topic, you don't have to do it. By the way, I actually gagged Eduard twice because first time he left the server and RR the GAG:) so I should've banned him, but I didn't. You can ask Quality, he was online while this happened.
