"Much respect to my brother for 33,644," Bryant said through his Twitter account. According to the Los Angeles Times, LeBron James "idolized Bryant as a teenager and sought to follow his example in the NBA." Bryant was one of the most important players in the history of basketball. After being 'drafted' in 1996, he played for 20 years at the Los Angeles Lakers, before retiring with 38 years. The basketball legend died on the morning of January 26 at age 41, when his private helicopter crashed in Calabasas (California, USA) The former sportsman was traveling with one of his four daughters, Gianna Maria Onore, 13.
