One of the companies, mentioned at a meeting of Levski bosses and fans as a claimant to the club because of his duties, came out with an official statement on his site. Glavbolgarstroy spread a message to the media and the community explaining the status of the football club's debts to the company and its arrangements. In connection with the statements made by PFC management Levski regarding the relationship between the football club and Glavbolgarstroy related to the construction activities of Georgi Asparuhov Stadium, they state:

To date, Levski's liabilities to Glavbolgarstroy are over BGN 3 million including VAT. Interest on this obligation has never been claimed and accrued accordingly.

In the past years, we have had the opportunity, but we have not taken any action to collect our claims in court, solely driven by the desire to do so in a spirit of understanding and in a way most favorable to the club. We would like to assure all football fans in Bulgaria that we fully appreciate the importance of PFC Levski and would like to provide the football club with an opportunity to judge the way and the moment of repayment of obligations to Glavbolgarstroy. That is why a proposal was made to the management of the club to sign an agreement for deferral of the obligation for another 5 years, which we still maintain.

In conclusion, we would like to remind that Glavbolgarstroy is the company that has built the most sports facilities in Bulgaria. For the last 20 years the company's team has been involved in the construction of sites such as the Arena Armeec Sports Hall, Vasil Levski National Stadium, a multifunctional gym with a covered deck in Plovdiv, the Samokov Arena and the Assarel Arena, Sport Palace Sports Base and many more. The construction of sports facilities poses many different challenges for contractors, which are not typical for conventional construction sites. Glavbolgarstroy is one of the few companies in the market that has the capacity and expertise to successfully complete dozens of similar projects across the country.
