Why pain is not synonymous with suffering

Throughout life we go through difficult times that are inevitable. Suffering, on the other hand, is optional and depends largely on us.

 

SUFFERING has a purpose, but it must also have an end. That psychic pain and suffering walk hand in hand is a temporary necessity, but the former does not always have to involve the latter. When something bad happens to us, it is necessary to “suffer it”, cry it, express it.

Indeed, man alone is left over and enough to be miserable.
