The legendary tennis player is back on the court

 

Former World No. 1 tennis player Kim Clijsters has announced he will be back on the court in March.

The 36-year-old Clijsters announced on Twitter that he plans to play in the Monterey (Mexico) tournament from March 2 to March 8, then in Indiana Wales and the Clay Race in Charleston, USA.

The Belgian, who has 41 titles, four of which are from the Grand Slam, last terminated her career in 2012.
In September, she surprisingly announced that she was planning to play again from the beginning of 2020, but due to knee pain, Klijsters had to postpone her intention for two months.

"I look forward to my first tournament. I train enough, but I have to be patient for a few more weeks to be fully prepared," said the Belgian, who is a mother of three.
