Arsenal were blown away by their fans after barely scoring a home run against Southampton in the relegation zone. The "gunners" survived after Alexander Lacazette leveled deep in the added time.

Danny Ings found the score in the ninth minute, after which Alexander Lacazette equalized in the 18th, and James Ward-Pras again brought out the Emirates' Saints in the 71st minute. Thus, the visitors were very close to defeating Arsenal as a guest in the Premier League era, but in the sixth minute of added time, Lacazette leveled the score after assisting Martinelli.

Southampton, which is struggling to survive in the Premier League, have a number of staffing issues, but this has not stopped them from making it difficult for the Balls. Musa Genepo had great opportunities, but failed to raise the score for the Saints, who are already eight games without a win in the Premier League.

Arsenal will host Eintracht Frankfurt in the Europa League this week, followed by a visit to Norwich City on Sunday, live on DIEMA SPORT 2. Southampton will play St Marys next Saturday against Watford.
