In August, Borisov discovered an interstellar comet that was named after him. It is located at the boundary between the constellations Rhys and Cancer and travels at a speed of about 30 km / sec. The comet I saw days ago was called C2019V1 (Borisov).

According to him, it is located on the border between the constellations Orion and Gemini and in a few days will enter the constellation Gemini. "This is a distant object flying among many stars in the Milky Way," Borisov explained.
