Former footballer Antonio Casano has warned Cristiano Ronaldo that he risks incurring a 2-year sentence after allowing himself to leave the stadium before the match ends. The reason is that in the event of doping control, the Portuguese could be severely punished.

The Old Lady star left the stadium long before the last referee's signal, angry that Mauricio Sari had replaced him in the 54th minute of Serie A. Ronaldo's 1-0 match, and went directly under the showers, then left without to wait for the finale. Paulo Dybala, who replaced him on the pitch, was then able to bring the three points to the home side.

Former Roma and Milan striker Antonio Casano has revealed that he was involved in a similar situation and had to return to the stadium for doping control.

"Did you leave before the end of the match? It cannot be tolerated because of doping controls. I had to come back to the stadium once to avoid a two-year sentence, "Casano said before the Tiki-Tak show in Italy.

To date, there is no suggestion that Cristiano Ronaldo left earlier to not be tested.

However, the Bianconeri star may have other troubles after it became clear that he had verbally abused Mauricio Sari on the pitch.
