MV Agusta has arrived at EICMA 2019, devastating with the spectacular MV Agusta Rush 1000 a beast thought to offer strong emotions, a naked sport inspired by drag races.

reated on the basis of Brutale 1000 RR, it has radial valves, titanium cranks and develops 208 hp the homologated street version, which is ready to go into production in the coming months.

But not all that counts is the power in this Rush 1000, because its design is also imposing, certainly a copy that will make more than one neck twist.

The headlamp unit, whose support and circular ring are made of CNC aluminum, is inspired by the RVS # 1. The cover of the rear optics is made of carbon fiber, material that we will also find in the passenger seat cover, as well as in the tail side panels. The tank cover and the nut for fixing the rear wheel to the single arm swingarm also with CNC machined aluminum.

The rear wheel will not go unnoticed, with an aluminum rim hidden by a carbon fiber cover that could even make more than one cry for not having it. Its function, beyond a less surprising aesthetic, ensure that it is to improve its aerodynamic performance. To counter visually, the front tire is made of spokes.

Although as we have said it is based on the Brutale 1000 RR, from which it inherits many details, many others have been specially designed and modified for the MV Agusta Rush 1000.

Thus, for example, it has a specific exhaust system, made of titanium with a carbon fiber heat shield. It is also specific for its escape the mapping of the control unit, whose purpose is to offer a linear delivery and obtain exemplary power values.

Although the engine is the same as in the Brutale, 4 cylinders in line of 998 cc, 208 hp and a torque of 116.5 Nm at 11,000 rpm, some components and commissioning vary, for example, with 2 injectors per cylinder with injection bodies with Mikuni ride by wire with higher flow, EM2.0 control unit, radial valves and titanium connecting rods.

It has 4 engine management maps (Sport, Race, rain and Custom) and disconnectable traction control with 8 levels of intervention, wheelies control, MV EAS 2.1 (Electronically Assisted Shift Up & Down) transmission system, Öhlins EC suspension semi-active, and connectivity will not be missing thanks to the MV Ride application.
