industrial designer saharudin busri has designed an electric motorcycle concept inspired by a fan. the rendered vehicle mimics the dyson air multiplier, a bladeless model released by the british technology company ten years ago.

james dyson, the british inventor, developed the bladeless electric fan in 2009, which works by drawing air into the base of the machine. it uses advancements in airflow engineering instead of traditional blades to ‘multiply’ air, using vanes that are hidden in its base and directing the collected airflow through a hollow tube.

for the design, saharudin busri has removed the spokes of the wheel, leaving the center completely hollow. meanwhile, the engine of the motorcycle concept references the motor used in most of dyson’s vacuum cleaners such as the v11 model.

the colors used include blue, silver and red with hues of black. the headlight is made up of three slim lines and the brake light is made to look as though it is floating, creating an overall futuristic look. a flowing strip of metal makes up the fairing of the bike, which extends towards the engine space.
