[Nike]
We saw at the beginning of the month during the presentation of Microsoft products the future Surface Neo. This dual-screen laptop had the characteristic of having two screens and Windows 10X. A new completely unknown Microsoft system of which we know more data thanks to the filtering of an internal document. A document that gives us information about changes and improvements in the user experience within the new operating system. We have seen how Satia Nadella, current CEO of Microsoft, has made important changes in the company. It has moved from a highly closed operating system to a slightly open operating system. Nadella is strongly committed to open source, hence the purchase of GitHub. In addition, Microsoft Edge, the replacement of Internet Explorer will be based on Chromium. Microsoft internal document gives new data on Windows 10X The operating system initially seemed reserved for dual-screen laptops. It seems that this will eventually not be the case, being also compatible with conventional laptops and folding and / or convertible systems. Also change the start menu of Windows 10X, which in a display of creativity has been called "Launcher". It is quite close to the language of Android itself. Launcher will allow us to search for local files and in the One Drive cloud. It will also show us a grid in which we will find the installed applications and web pages. Within the start menu we will be shown local applications and web applications. No distinctions will be made between these, which will greatly speed up the user experience. The ‘Activity Center’ has been modified and there is a new ‘Quick Actions’ design, with many inbox elements. The notifications go to a new area of quick actions, although they can also be accessed from the taskbar. Applications that will be installed A list of the applications that will be installed natively has also been published. It is not clear that they are all, since there are no applications like Skype or ‘Your Phone’. Featured applications installed applications such as Word and PowerPoint in a Progressive Web Apps version. These are based on the Universal Windows Platform, so they will be native to Windows 10X. Users can download the Win32 version locally and install it without problems. · Alarm clock · Microsoft Edge · People · Photos · Calculator · Microsoft Store · Microsoft Teams · PowerPoint · Calendar · Microsoft To Do · Crop & Drawing · Camera · Excel Microsoft · Whiteboard · Solitaire · Feedback Center · Movies & TV · Spotify · Groove Music · Netflix Quick · Notes · Mail · Notepad · UWP File Explorer · OneNote · Audio Capture · Media Plans · Paint · Messaging · Time · Word Within the documentation we can also find a new and updated file explorer. This would be working for some time on Windows Core OS devices. Unfortunately, no images have been leaked from the new file explorer, despite its confirmation. In addition, we see a login user interface with a slight update.
