CHROME PRESENTS READER MODES, A FUNCTION THAT RESULTS THE TEXT OF WEB PAGES IN AN IDEAL FORMAT FOR READING

Although this feature has been present in other web browsers for many years, Google has so far delayed the implementation of read mode in Chrome.

Useful both on the screen of the mobile phone and the tablet, Reader Mode removes from the structure of the web page any graphic elements and non-essential animations, as well as the implicit formatting of the text. Instead, an optimized template is applied that brings the web page to a much simplified form, optimally using the space available on the screen.

For now, the new read mode is present in the latest Chrome Canary build and can only be activated with a visit to the chrome: // flags hidden menu, where we switch the Enable Reader mode to Enabled.

Switching the web page in Reader Mode is done with the Distill Page option in the environment (...) displayed in the upper right corner of the Chrom interface
